Introduction
Whether you are building a new home with a builder, acting as an owner builder or intending on undertaking your own development project. Things can feel overwhelming, especially if you have had no experience in the construction industry such as dealing with builders, tradespeople, building documentation such as plans, specifications, engineering, reviewing trade & supplier submissions and especially contracts and dealing with special conditions etc.
Even if you are a tradesperson with some industry experience or have a friend who is, this doesn’t necessarily translate into a detailed knowledge of being able to effectively navigate things such as town planning documentation and associated approvals, construction documentation such as town planning & working drawings, dealing with building surveyors, obtaining building permits and or the construction process itself and what your obligations are.

Our director is a construction industry professional with in excess of 35 years’ experience in various senior roles including Construction, Project & Operations Management, Contracts, Estimating management, Cost Planning & Tender Management with various leading Victorian and National companies.
Further, our director is a platinum member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria in addition to being registered with the Building & Plumbing Commission as a Domestic Builder Unlimited and has previously operated his own construction business making him well qualified to advise clients and any number of matters.
Our attention to detail and ability to practically apply knowledge gained over the past three decades will ensure that our clients are appropriately informed as to any council & contract obligations.
